Announcements:

Happy New Year and Welcome Back!. 

2012 is the year of the Dragon in the Chinese Zodiac calendar.  This divine beast is a symbol of good fortune and intense power.  I wish you all a year of pleasant mystery and good luck in 2012. Let’s train hard together!

*  We have added a teen class for ages 12-15 which started January 4th, 2012.  In addition to mental focus, discipline and respect,the class will include leadership training while expanding the self defense applications from the youth class, ensuring excellent preparation for our teen students to enter the adult program.  The class will be held Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:10 – 6pm.  If you, or anyone you know, is interested in joining this class please contact the school for more information.  

*  We have updated our class schedule:  

Adult classes on Monday will start at 6:15pm for open training and grappling (back room), and 7:30pm for Tsun Jo® All-Levels.  Wednesday night’s Advanced class will now start at 6:15pm. 

Youth classes will start at 4:15pm Mondays and Wednesdays in order to add our new teen class at 5:10pm on those same days.  Tuesdays and Thursdays Youth class will remain at 4:30pm, as will Saturday at 10am. 

* Do you like writing reviews?  Please consider writing a review on Yelp or other review websites for Greenlake Martial Arts.  We ask you to be honest and straight forward about your experience at the school.

* Personal trainer, Jason McWalter, CSCS, is sharing our space Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 6:00am  to 10:00 am.  A 20% off promotion for GMA students is available.  Contact Jason at 206-427-6931.  Look for his bio on our website.
